Is the Tally license I buy from TechTone genuine?
Yes, absolutely. TechTone is an authorised Tally Solutions partner. Every license we provide is genuine, officially registered with Tally Solutions, and comes with a legitimate serial number for full activation.
What is TSS and do I need it?
TSS (Tally Software Services) is an annual subscription that gives you access to the latest Tally versions, GST updates, and support. It is highly recommended — without it, your Tally will not receive compliance updates for new GST rules and e-invoice requirements.
Can I upgrade from Tally ERP 9 to TallyPrime?
Yes. If you have an active TSS on your ERP 9 license, you can upgrade to TallyPrime at no additional cost. We handle the migration and ensure all your historical data is safely transferred over.
What's the difference between Silver and Gold?
TallyPrime Silver is a single-user license for one standalone PC. TallyPrime Gold allows unlimited simultaneous users on the same LAN network. Both editions have identical features — the only difference is the number of users who can access Tally at the same time.
