What Plus Accounting users typically ask before moving to a cloud server.

Do I need to buy Plus Accounting from TechTone?
No. TechTone does not sell Plus Accounting software. You bring your own Plus Accounting license — purchased from an authorised dealer or directly from Aakash Infoway. TechTone provides and manages the Windows server that you install it on. We only handle the server infrastructure, not the software itself.
Can my CA connect to the server from their office?
Yes — this is one of the strongest benefits. Your CA gets RDP login credentials for the server. They connect from their own office and work on your Plus Accounting directly, just as if they were sitting in front of your computer. Both of you are on the same server simultaneously — no data files to exchange, no USB drives, no remote assistance sessions needed.
What about my existing Plus Accounting data — can it be moved to the server?
Yes. Once the server is ready and you've installed Plus Accounting on it, you can move your existing company data files to the server just as you would copy them between machines. Our team will guide you through the data migration during onboarding.
