Is Miracle Cloud ERP and Tech Tone Workspace for Miracle the same?
No — they are two different things, though both let you access Miracle Accounting remotely.
Workspace for Miracle is a fully managed Windows cloud server that TechTone sets up for you. You connect to it via Remote Desktop (RDP) from any device and use the Miracle desktop application on that server — just like sitting in front of an office computer, but in the cloud.
Miracle Cloud ERP is Miracle Accounting Software deployed directly on cloud infrastructure — there is no Windows desktop to remote into. It is a more modern, cloud-native setup where you access Miracle through the cloud directly, from any device or browser.
Miracle Cloud ERP is managed by RKIT Software Pvt. Ltd. (original makers of Miracle Accounting Software) and Tech Tone Workspace for Miracle is fully managed by TechTone. Both are provided and licensed by TechTone. If you are unsure which suits your business, contact us and we will guide you.
What is Miracle Cloud ERP and how is it different from the Desktop version?
Miracle Cloud ERP is a 100% browser-based product by RKIT — you log in through any browser, on any device, with no installation. Miracle Desktop is an on-premise Windows software that installs locally. Cloud ERP eliminates the need for servers, static IP, power backup, and hardware investment entirely — access is instant from anywhere.
Does Miracle Cloud ERP work on Mac, Android, or iPhone?
Yes. Because it's browser-based, Miracle Cloud ERP works on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iOS — any device with a modern browser and an internet connection. The Miracle Desktop version, by contrast, is Windows-only.
What is the difference between Silver and Gold plans?
Both plans include core accounting, GST, e-invoice, e-waybill, inventory, WhatsApp/email sharing, audit trail, and basic mobile app. The Gold plan additionally includes a Branch module (multi-location), multi-stage production, third-party API integration, barcode facility, advanced user rights management, and the advanced mobile application.
Is Miracle Cloud ERP fully GST-compliant?
Yes. Miracle Cloud ERP includes complete GST coverage — e-invoice, e-waybill, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC register, RCM, GST integrity check, TDS e-returns, and more. Because it's cloud-hosted, compliance updates are applied automatically by RKIT — your software is always current without any action on your part.
Can I migrate my data from Tally or Miracle Desktop to Miracle Cloud ERP?
Yes. TechTone assists with data migration as part of the onboarding process — including from Tally, Miracle Desktop, Busy, and other accounting software. We ensure historical data carries over correctly before you go live.
How is pricing structured — is it monthly or yearly?
Miracle Cloud ERP is priced per user per year. Silver starts at ₹4,000/user/year and Gold at ₹6,000/user/year, both with a one-time setup cost. Prices may vary based on your requirements and number of users — contact TechTone for an accurate quote for your team size.
Do I need a server or static IP for Miracle Cloud ERP?
No. Miracle Cloud ERP requires neither a server nor a static IP. It is hosted entirely on RKIT's cloud infrastructure. All you need is an internet connection and a browser. This eliminates the hardware, power backup, and IT overhead that the Desktop version requires for multi-user LAN or remote access.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes — Miracle Cloud ERP offers a free demo. Contact TechTone to arrange a guided demo session where our team walks you through the platform, answers your questions, and helps you decide between Silver and Gold based on your business needs.
